Northeast Atlanta Ear Nose & Throat, P.C. participates with most insurance plans. If we file insurance for you as a member of a plan, it is the patient's or guardian's responsibility to pay any co-payments or deductible at the time of service. It is also the patient's responsibility to obtain any necessary referrals before the appointment. To aid in this matter, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks.
PAYMENT IN FULL
Payment in full is due prior to the start of treatment and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If cancellation should occur, the appointment must be canceled twenty-four hours prior to the start of treatment.
