SCOTT M. KARLIN, M.D.
 Dr. Karlin graduated from Wesleyan University and received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois. Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Karlin is also a member of a number of medical societies including the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Karlin specializes in pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat problems, including facial cosmetic surgery, sinusitis treatment, sleep apnea and snoring, head and neck cancer and laser surgery. He is on staff at Emory John Creek Hospital, Gwinnett Medical Center, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
 Dr. Roth is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist.
Dr. Roth earned his medical degree at the State University of New York at Syracuse, where he was nominated to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his training at the University of Miami, and received additional training in pediatric otolaryngology and otology at the Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, England.
In addition to his focus on pediatric otolaryngology, Dr. Roth is particularly interested in medical and surgical treatment of sinusitis, head and neck cancer and sleep apnea. Dr. Roth has published numerous scientific articles in medical journals.
JULIE L. ZWEIG, MD
 A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Zweig completed a five-year Residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Institute. During her tenure there, she published five articles in the top otolaryngology journals and was invited to present her research at three national conferences. Following residency, Dr. Zweig spent eight months as a fellow with a board-certified facial cosmetic surgeon where she was able to enhance her skills in facial plastic surgery. Dr Zweig is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgeons and the Atlanta Women's Medical Association.
Dr. Zweig earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Zweig was nominated to Alpha Omega Alpha, the National Medical Honor Society. She was awarded the Gaston Scholarship for her commitment to community service and academic achievement. She was also awarded the Ciba Geigy Award by her faculty and colleagues for her scholarship and character. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in psychology. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of several honor societies.
Dr. Zweig is Board certified in Sleep Medicine and is able to provide both medical and surgical treatment for sleep disorders, including snoring, sleep apnea and insomnia, in both children and adults.
PHILLIP R. SAY, MD
 Dr. Say is the newest member of our practice. He received his medical degree at the Louisiana State University Medical Center following a career change from chemical engineering. He then completed a residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he received intensive sinus and laryngology training. During his residency, he presented research at several national meetings, evaluating patient satisfaction with sinus surgery techniques and plastic surgery reconstructions for head and neck cancer.
Dr. Say specializes in pediatric and adult ear, nose, and throat problems with an emphasis on treating sinus diseases. He is also a pianist and vocalist with a special interest in singing and voice disorders.
Dr. Say is currently a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, American Board of Rhinology, and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
