Dr. Say received his medical degree at the Louisiana State University Medical Center following a career change from chemical engineering. He then completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and is a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Board of Rhinology, The Voice Foundation, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Dr. Say specializes in pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat problems with an emphasis on treating sinus diseases. He is also a pianist and vocalist with a special interest in singing and voice disorders.
